what a shame this hotel lacked proper service, as i expected to be treated like royalty! no one helped with my heavy bags since there are no lifts, and the rain ruined my chance to enjoy the grounds. a complimentary gesture for such inconvenience woudl ve been nice, but alas. just couldn’t give a good review after all.

We loved the cozy charm of this chateau! Gilles was incredibly welcoming and assisted us with local winery tours. My special needs son's autism support dog felt right at home in the spacious grounds, and we had a delightful experience cycling around the beautiful vineyards.
In my wife’s opinion, a larger variety of kid-friendly meals would improve the stay.
